Per prevenire truffe e abusi, l'IQ Card è dotata delle più moderne caratteristiche di sicurezza, di cui potete davvero fidarvi.
L'IQ Card è protetta con un codice PIN, che viene trasmesso in forma codificata all'atto del pagamento e risponde quindi ai più elevati standard di sicurezza. Se lo desiderate, potete anche richiedere un codice PIN a vostra scelta.
Potete inoltre attribuire opzionalmente all'IQ Card un'ulteriore domanda di sicurezza: numero conducente, valore contachilometri
In caso di perdita o furto potete bloccare gratuitamente la vostra IQ Card 24 ore su 24 attraverso l'IQ Card NetService! Siete quindi protetti dall'uso illecito.
Limite della carta: su richiesta potete assegnare un limite di 24 ore per le carte carburante.
Categorie di acquisto: siete voi a decidere quali articoli possano essere acquistati con l'IQ Card.
Verifica della carta in tempo reale (online): a ogni utilizzo, la carta viene sottoposta a una verifica immediata online. Inoltre ogni cliente può anche effettuare online il blocco della carta.
E-mail con le transazioni: su richiesta vi inviamo un'e-mail dopo ogni rifornimento - per un controllo completo.
